All of our dogs are fostered in Texas. Our next transport is August 28th. Transport is included in our adoption fees; all fees are paid at pick-up. Total adoption fee $150

Merit's story could have ended very tragically.

She was found locked inside a vacant house with no food or water. We don't know how long she had been trapped or why she was left behind, but despite everything she endured, she never lost her faith in people.

Merit is a beautiful one-year-old Lab?Cur?Aussie mix with a heart full of love. More than anything, she wants to be close to her person. Whether you're relaxing at home, working in the yard, or enjoying a quiet evening on the couch, Merit will happily stay by your side, grateful simply to be loved.

She has done wonderfully with other dogs, is cat friendly, and has shown no interest in chasing livestock, making her an excellent fit for a variety of homes.

Merit is spayed, heartworm negative, current on all vaccinations, and ready to begin the next chapter of her life with a family that will cherish her forever.

She has already survived more than any dog should ever have to. Now it's her turn to experience what every dog deserves—a safe home, a full belly, and someone who will never leave her behind again.

Medical & Spay/Neuter Information:
Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.

Puppies under 6 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy's first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopter's expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee.

Breed Disclaimer:
Breed is our best estimate based on the puppy's appearance and, when known, the mother's appearance. Fathers are rarely known, and litters can have multiple fathers, meaning puppies may be half-siblings with different breed mixes.
