Mountain Cur, Plott Hound
🇺🇸
Rustburg, Virginia

female, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sophia is such a beauty! She loves playtime with other dogs, but can be a cuddlebug as well once she has expended her energy. She is an active girl, and will be happiest with a fenced yard for running time—or a devoted athletic family to get her through her bursts of energy. Mountain curs are not a breed we see frequently here in Virginia; Sophia has been a “transplant” for over a year, and has made the change from her roots in New Mexico to Virginia with ease. She is familiar with kids, as her foster home has grandchildren who visit frequently, and she knows about cats. She is housetrained and knows about crates. What else can we tell you?

PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at FOACinfo@gmail.com.
