Nala has graduated from Canine Courage and has the heart of a lion! She's 1 year old, weighs 18 lbs, and walks well on a leash! She also doesn't mind being carried! This chug mix was surrendered due to financial reasons and because she dug under the fence and escaped. She is affectionate, playful, and very active! When she came to us, she was very shut down and nervous, but through repetition and constant care from our Behavior Department, she has come out of her shell so well. She's lived with small dogs and children, all of whom she got along with! She likes pets, running, and is still working on housetraining! Her ideal home would play with her!
