Meet Winston, a handsome 1.5-year-old mixed breed pup weighing 76 pounds who is ready to find his forever family!

Winston is playful, affectionate, and loyal, and his favorite place to be is right by his people — cuddling on the couch, relaxing at your feet, or joining you for an adventure. If you want a dog who loves being part of the family, Winston is your guy.

This sweet boy is fully potty and crate trained. He knows basic commands like “sit,” is very food motivated, and is eager to learn more when treats are involved. Outside, he loves chasing a ball or roping you into a game of tug-of-war. He's doing well on walks, though like many young dogs he can still pull on the leash from time to time.

Winston gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is doing great in his foster home with cats — mostly ignoring them, with the occasional playful invite he backs off from if they're not interested. He's fantastic with kids and adults too. At 1.5, he's still in his goofy teenage phase and can get a little too excited, but a quick reminder is all he needs to settle down.

Active or laid-back, Winston is happy to match your pace — full of energy for adventures, but just as content cuddled up for a quiet evening. Loving, social, and fun, Winston is ready to bring smiles, snuggles, and loyalty into his new home!
