Patience has spent several weeks settling into her foster home—and she is doing so well!

She's learning what it means to be safe, loved and part of a family. She's slowly coming out of her shell and showing everyone what a sweet and special girl she really is.

Getting to Know Patience

Patience can be a little hesitant when she first meets new people, particularly men. She needs someone who will give her the time and space to approach at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, her personality starts to shine and she really comes out of her shell.

She gets along with teenagers and is continuing to learn how to navigate life in a home.


A secure fenced yard would be ideal for Patience while she continues building her confidence and working on her leash skills, although a fenced yard is not an absolute requirement for the right home.

Patience's Perfect Home

Patience would do best with a family who understands that rescue dogs don't always arrive knowing how to be the perfect house dog.

She needs:
