Meet Yum Yum!
This special spotty girl is looking for her forever home! The shelter is still a scary place for her, so we are just starting to see her spunky personality start to shine through. She is looking for a family that is going to go at her pace, and is ok being hands off for a little while. She may require a couple of meet and greets before she is comfortable. When she's friends with you, you may see her start to do her signature little dog wiggle, and crawl on her belly for pets. We think that once she warms up she's gonna be go go go! She is still working on her socialization and her leash skills. She has lived with dogs before, and has not been tested with cats. Due to her fearfulness, she is looking for a dog-savvy, mature household. If you are interested in meeting Yum Yum please fill out an application!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
