Sweetheart - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Tilton, Illinois

This beautiful 4 month old female is Sweetheart. She came to us an injured baby and was rushed in for vet care. We thought sure she would lose her leg due to the injury, but thanks to the skilled veterinary care she has kept her leg and is doing amazing. She remained at the vet and received some therapy, and now she's back with us. She is still recovering but we are looking for her foster to adopt home. We need someone who will keep an eye on her final recovery stage and monitor the pins in her leg which we will instruct you on what to watch for and what her limitations would be at this stage. Once she gets the all clear, the adoption papers can be finalized. She will be a wonderful family dog. She is an absolute sweetheart, walks on a leash, and loves to be on your lap. All pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations before adoptions are final. Sweetheart will need to continue working on housetraining as she is a young puppy. But with a consistent home life she will quickly have this mastered.
