Onyx - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Terre Haute, Indiana

Date of Birth about 09/29/2019. Weight is 20 lbs.

This gal lived with 3 other bigger dogs. Her mommy went to a nursing home, and the daddy is on the road 5 days a week working. When I would go over to feed her she would be sitting on the couch depressed. She was so sad that no one was there. She has really come out of her shell. She would make the best couch buddy - whether football, lifetime movie, or home repair. She won't care what you are watching as long as she is snuggled next to you. She will be scared, but all she needs is a little time and love.

Adoption Donation is $160 to approved home. Cash. You may use a check if local to Terre Haute and you have proof of residency. There will be a receipt on your contract. You must have a valid ID to adopt.

Cookie is pretty sweet. She is a little nervous when held. Not for a hold with a bunch of kids.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
