"Meet Sushi - Your Perfect Adventure Buddy!

Sushi is a 8-month-old, 52-pound Pit Bull/Boxer mix with stunning green eyes and a heart full of love. This sweet, goofy girl is basic obedience trained (sit, lay down, and "here" for come) and is incredibly eager to please, your approval is her number one goal. She's naturally trusting and looks to you for direction, making her a dream on hikes and during training sessions (she's very treat-motivated!).

Sushi is wonderfully social. She's respectful with cats, submissive in play with other dogs, and does well in the car. While she's used to the stimulation of a multi-dog household, she'd want puppy playdates if she's your only pet. She loves walks, independent toy time, water play, and is even learning roller skate walks! After 30 minutes of daily exercise, this big lapdog is ready to snuggle - her signature move is a somersault dismount into your lap.

As a large puppy, Sushi needs boundaries around space and playtime; she doesn't always know her own size or when she needs a nap (and she loves a nap.) She's crate-trained and accustomed to a work-from-home schedule. She's been socialized with kids but hasn't played freely with them since her last 20-pound growth spurt. She dislikes the groomer but is short-haired and does great in a bathtub. Cautiously adventurous and incredibly sweet, Sushi is ready to be your loyal, loving companion."
