Raves is a resilient and loving boy who has come a long way on his journey to safety. He was rescued off the streets of Thailand after nearly being hit by a car, and thanks to the dedicated team at Soi Dog, he was nursed back to health and given a second chance at life.

Now in the U.S., Raves has been settling into a foster home in Stamford for the past month and is doing wonderfully. He’s a gentle, sweet-natured dog who truly enjoys the company of people and other dogs. He has also been reported to be cat-friendly, making him a great candidate for a variety of homes.

Raves can be a little sensitive to loud city noises, so he would do best in a quieter environment where he can continue to build his confidence. He would thrive in a home with children over the age of 8 who can respect his gentle demeanor.

At about 2.5 years old and 48 pounds, Raves is the perfect medium-sized companion. He walks nicely on leash and settles well in his crate, showing what a well-mannered boy he is.

Raves is ready to leave his past behind and find a loving home where he can enjoy the life he truly deserves.
