Lyra is 9 months old (approx. DOB 11-28-25), female, 36 lbs., initial vetting done, spayed or will be, and microchipped! Lyra is a fun little pup that did great with other pups at the shelter, may be ok with cats (all cat/dog relationships are different), and is a social butterfly! Lyra is a sweet, excited young girl with a big heart and an even bigger desire to please! She can be a little anxious in new situations, and often looks to her handler for reassurance, wanting to stay close and know she’s doing well. Even with all her puppy-ness, Lyra is eager to learn and loves being praised. She absolutely adores plush toys and will happily carry them around or run joyful laps outside. Give Lyra encouragement, playtime, and lots of baby talk, and you’ll have her heart! Stay tuned for more information as Lyra is a new rescue!
