MEET PEANUT!

This sweet little guy is Peanut, an approximately 2-year-old Yorkie mix weighing just 12 pounds. ❤️

Peanut has had a rough few months. He came to us after being hit by a car, and unfortunately, his injuries were severe enough that he needed to have one of his legs amputated. But don't tell Peanut he's different--being a tripod doesn't slow this little guy down! He gets around just fine and is ready to put the hard part of his story behind him.

Peanut is a sweet, affectionate little lap dog who loves nothing more than curling up with his person for some cuddles. He would do best in a home without large dogs. He hasn't been cat tested yet, although at only 12 pounds, most cats are bigger than he is!

After everything Peanut has been through, what he needs now is the best part of his story--a family of his very own.
