DESCRIPTION

Frannie - Female - Young
Approx. 1 year old
20" at her shoulder

From the day she came home, Frannie has been the sweetest little softy. This shy girl takes a while to get comfortable in new environments but has been started to show off her playful and goofy side. Frannie is most comfortable outside in her pen, hiding all her best toys in her favourite place, the dog house. She enjoys leading you on her leash to the dog house so that you can toss the toys around for her. Inside the house, she is still getting used to having the whole house to explore. She mostly wants to hang out in her play pen or by the door (just in case you are going out).

Frannie did very well at her first vet appointment where she weighed 40lbs. She received her first set of vaccinations and was spayed, so she is all ready for her forever home. Much to Frannie's dismay she had to wait until she was all healed up to meet the resident dogs but once she finally met them she was very polite and is eager to learn their rules. She also met the shop cat and was cautiously interested.

Frannie has started her basic training and it's going well. She can do sit, down and we are working on her recall. She is smart but can be a little stubborn if she is nervous about it. She also loves treats but won't eat them when uncomfortable. She is learning to walk on her leash but mostly just wants to go to her outside pen and back into the house.

Inside the house Frannie hardly makes a peep. While she will go inside her kennel without much fuss she prefers spending her time on her pillow inside the x-pen. She lays there, quietly observing the household activities. Since she is such a well-behaved girl she now gets to sleep out and hasn't caused any problems. She hasn't had many accidents and has whimpered to go out. If taken out often there are no accidents. She also sleeps really well through the night.
If you are looking for an adorable girl, with big soft eyes and the sweetest disposition, apply for Frannie today!

Adoption fee is $295. She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed and current on vaccines.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
