DESCRIPTION
Allow us to introduce Pine Cone. Her shelter chose this adorable name for her when she came in as a stray covered in twigs and pine cones. She has been applied for and passed over now a few times - no fault of her own.
Pine Cone is approximately 1 year old and was apparently raised by a flock of enthusiastic geese because she charges through life with absolutely no plan whatsoever.
This sweet girl loves EVERYONE. Her biggest flaw may be not understanding when someone doesn't love her back. She is also incredibly talented at tripping over her own feet, running into furniture and missing jumps she was absolutely certain could make.
She DOES shed and may also need grooming.
Pine Cone does hate her kennel but is still learning boundaries and does do well in it. As a result, shed love a home where someone is around more often and she doesn't have to spend long periods contemplating the injustice of incarceration.
Like any young dog, Pine Cone still needs training. She is not a finished product, but rather a rough draft. A very adorable rough draft written entirely in crayon. But she loves to make you happy and will pay you back in endless joy and laughs.
Underneath all the chaos is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. She wants nothing more than to love everyone she encounters and be included in whatever you're doing.
If your home is missing a giant (60-65 pound mutty mutt), lovable goofball with the emotional stability of a Labrador and the coordination of a newborn giraffe, Pine Cone is accepting applications. She would do well as an only dog, or in a home with an older established dog that will teach her the ways and wont get annoyed with a goofy big little sister.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
