Sonar - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Rocky Mount, Virginia

This petite fella came to us as a stray; skinny, confused, and just looking for a soft place to land.
After some much needed TLC, he is gaining weight and doing great. We did notice early on that he does seem to be mostly or fully deaf.
He loves people and would likely do well with children. He does well with other dogs. He would love to be someone's little shadow and cuddle buddy!
