Boba's Journey: From Taiwan to the US
Boba's past was filled with neglect. Bought as a puppy in Taiwan, she was chained behind a 7-11 once she grew bigger. With no shelter or doghouse, she survived the elements on a short leash.

Thanks to dedicated local volunteers and the SPCA's persistent legal reporting, her owner finally agreed to surrender her. To give Boba the best possible second chance at life, her rescuers in Taiwan teamed up with the Capital Animal Rescue and Environmental Foundation in the US to bring her across the Pacific. She is now safely in the US, waiting for her forever home!
What Makes Her Special

* A Cat-like Soul: Boba is very sweet but has a cat-like personality. She can be a bit nervous if humans approach her directly to pet her. However, if you give her space, she will willingly come up to you on her own terms to ask for head scratches and cuddles.

* Extremely Dog-Friendly: She absolutely loves other dogs! One of her favorite activities is running around the yard and playing tag with her canine friends.

* Sweet & Affectionate: Once she knows she is safe, she transforms into an incredibly sweet, loyal, and loving companion.
