Meet Tito!

2 years old | Mixed Breed | 15 lbs



Small enough to fit perfectly into your lap... or your entire life!
Tito is a sweet little guy with a friendly personality. He is social and friendly with people and we expect him to do well with respectful kiddos.



Tito is already potty trained! As with any new home, he may need a little time to adjust to your routine, but he doesn't make messes in his kennel!



We are still learning how Tito does with other dogs and cats and will update as soon as we know more.



MEDICAL FOSTER TO ADOPT

Tito did test positive for Heartworm disease and is currently available as a medical foster to adopt while he undergoes treatment. Right now, he is taking doxycycline prior to beginning his Heartworm injections. FCAC will cover the cost of his Heartworm treatment.

Tito will need a calm environment and plently of down time, over the next few months as he goes through his Heartworm Treatment.



His foster to adopt family will need to:

• Transport him to his treatment appointments

• Follow the required post treatment activity restrictions and recovery protocol

• Help him safely through the healing process until treatment is complete



Once his treatment is finished, his adoption can officially be finalized.

Neutered, Microchipped, Lyme Negative, current on vaccines and on monthly prevention. Adoption fee is $120

** He is available on a Medical Foster To Adopt Contract, as Tito has tested postive for Heartworm Disease.
He has begun his Doxycycline medication for his treatment. We will cover the cost of the complete heartworm treatment through FCAC.

Once submitted, staff will review your application during open hours. Please allow 24-36 hours for a response. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet & greet! Any other dogs in the home must come along and some dogs may require all family members to come as well! If it's a match, you can your new dog home the same day.

We do offer a 2 week foster to adopt trial time, to be sure the chosen pet is a good fit, before finalizing the adoption!
