Kit is a 3-month-old mixed-breed pup with a big personality, a whole lot of spunk, and an incredible story of resilience.
Kit had a very rough start to life. She was abandoned without food or water and came into rescue emaciated. She then had to battle through parvo. But look at her now! This little fighter has made an incredible comeback and is now a happy, healthy puppy who is ready to enjoy everything life has to offer.
Kit is one of the more adventurous pups in her litter. When something new shows up, she’s usually the first one there! A new toy? Kit is checking it out. A new treat? She’s ready to taste-test. A new doggie friend? She’ll be the first to go over and say hello. This girl is curious, confident, and always ready to see what’s happening next.
Kit absolutely loves her chew bones, but there is one event that might just be her favorite time of day: when foster mama brings out a brand-new bully stick! Second place goes to zooming around with one of her favorite little stuffed toys. Give this girl a stuffy and some room to run, and she is one happy puppy.
Kit loves playing with her canine companions, exploring outside, and generally just being a puppy. She has a wonderful zest for life and seems determined to make up for lost time by experiencing as much fun as possible.
Of course, Kit is still a baby and is just beginning to learn what it means to be a great family companion. Her forever family should be prepared for all the normal puppy things—training, potty accidents, chewing, learning manners, and plenty of puppy energy. She’ll need patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and lots of love as she grows.
The good news? Kitty Kat is a smart girl and very treat motivated! She is eager to please, which should make training a fun and rewarding experience for both her and her forever family.
After everything Kit has overcome, she deserves a home where she can finally leave her difficult beginning behind and spend her days doing what she does best: exploring, playing, chewing, making friends, and loving life.
Kit is ready for her next adventure. Maybe it’s with you?
