Fabulous Frankie, named after Frank Sinatra, "ol' blue eyes" himself, is a 40 pound boy with a gorgeous white and black coat and stunning eyes. He's truly a mystery dog as anyone's guess as to his breed makeup is as good as ours. His colors and eyes hint at Dalmation, but not his size or body shape. His head says maybe some lab, but his coloring and size really don't. In any case, he's on his way to a foster home in the greater Washington DC area, so we'll know more soon. He sure is a strikingly handsome fella.
