DESCRIPTION
Looking for a big-hearted guy with an even bigger personality? Meet Herbie!
At a lovable 98 pounds, Herbie is a round fella who may not quite realize just how big he is! He walks well on leash, although hes a strong boy, so his person should be comfortable handling a large dog.
Herbie is super sweet, and he knows that snacks are one of lifes greatest joys. Peanut butter and cheese? Instant best friends.
He also has a very special talent: turning his favorite human into his own personal chair. If you sit down, Herbie may decide your lap—or whatever part of you he can reach—is the perfect place to park his big self.
Herbie is a lovable, affectionate big guy who would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a dog with a goofy personality and a whole lot of love to give.
98 pounds of sweetness, snacks, and snuggles—Herbie is ready to find his forever home!
Interested in adopting Herbie? We recommend submitting a general online adoption application and then heading to the shelter during our normal adoption hours to meet our available animals. Please note: all applications are considered general until the animal has been met. If you have any questions, please contact animalcenter@bmorehumane.org or 410-833-8848 Ext/Opt 2.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
