DESCRIPTION
Twix is a sweet, playful puppy bursting with personality and charm, always ready to turn an ordinary moment into playtime. He absolutely loves being around people and thrives on attention, happily following his humans from room to room just to be part of the action. Twix gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing with children, making him a great fit for a fun, active household.
He's still working on potty training, but is already doing well using pee pads and learning quickly with consistency and praise. Like many happy, energetic puppies, Twix can get a little bouncy when he's excited and may accidentally jump on smaller kids while trying to play, but it's all part of his playful nature. With a little guidance and patience, he'll continue to grow into a well-mannered companion.
Twix would make a wonderful addition to a family ready to give him love, structure, and lots of playtime as he grows into the amazing dog he's meant to be.
Twix is available as part of our Foster to Adopt Program - what this means is that his adoptive family (once approved through the adoption process), will act as his foster family until he is of age to be neutered and his puppy vaccinations are completed. Foster to Adopt families MUST be located within 1 hour driving distance of our location. This is because puppies will have several clinic visits for vaccination updates and our veterinary partners are all in the Raleigh, NC area.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
