Terra - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Prescott, Arizona

Meet Terra
Terra is a sweet, gentle girl whose time had run out at a full shelter - but this loving pup still had so much life and love to give. Thankfully, she made it into foster care, and now she's ready to find the family she's been waiting for.

Terra LOVES everyone she meets, both people and dogs! She has a wonderfully affectionate personality and especially enjoys getting lots of ear and face rubs. She's playful, social, and happiest when she's spending time with her people.

Terra is also a pleasure to have around the house. She is housetrained, has good house manners, and sleeps comfortably in her crate at night. She enjoys her walks and does beautifully on leash, getting out twice a day either with her foster sister or on her own.

What Terra really wants is a home where she can be part of the family - spending plenty of time indoors, getting lots of attention, affection, and companionship. She has so much love to give and would be thrilled to have a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them.

If you're looking for a loving, gentle, playful companion who adores both people and dogs, Terra may be your perfect match.

Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.

If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.

HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
