Poppy-female-spayed 8 1/2 months-30 pounds. Meet Poppy! Poppy is an incredibly sweet, lovable, and friendly young dog who has quickly stolen hearts here at CCHS. She came to us as a stray and, even though she wasn't claimed, she's shown nothing but joy, affection, and that irresistible puppy energy everyone loves. She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and soon shows her bright, playful personality. Poppy is smart, social, and eager to engage, especially when it's time for a walk. She loves exploring, meeting new people, and being part of whatever fun is happening. Her cute ears flop forward and it's so cute! ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
