Adopt Dublin!
Dublin joined the SAYv family over St. Patrick's Day weekend, and just like her name suggests, she's a little bundle of luck waiting to find her forever home. Her estimated birthday is 11/10/2025.
This sweet girl is the definition of a cuddle bug. She adores being close to her people, happily curling up as your personal lap dog after a day of fun. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or enjoying a quiet moment, Dublin is right there soaking up the love (and giving plenty in return).
She's fully potty trained, sleeps through the night like a champ, and settles nicely in her kennel when left alone. Around people, she shines-she does great with men, women, and kids, and greets her trusted humans with excitement.
Dublin has really come into her own in foster care. What started as a shy pup has blossomed into a playful, energetic girl who loves to have fun. She'll keep you smiling with her silly personality-whether she's hopping around like a bunny, sneaking off with every toy she can find, or crunching on her favorite treats like bones, carrots, and ice cubes.
She enjoys other dogs and loves to play, but she's still learning her manners and would do best as the only dog in the home so she can continue to build confidence and thrive at her own pace. When she has her space, her calmer side really shines-she's just as happy being your laid-back couch companion as she is being your playful sidekick.
Dublin would love an active home that can match her energy and continue guiding her with basic training as she grows. She's smart, eager, and already showing so much potential to be an amazing lifelong companion.
She also takes her self-appointed role as "home security" seriously... nothing gets past her watchful ears!
MEDICAL NOTE: Dublin has tears in both of her CCLs (cranial cruciate ligaments), which are important ligaments in the knee that help keep it stable-similar to an ACL in humans. Because of this, she will need surgery on both knees when she's a bit older. The good news? SAYv will be covering the full cost of these procedures.
It's very uncommon for a puppy her age to have bilateral CCL tears, and while we can't say for certain what caused it, Dublin did come to us after experiencing malnutrition and a lack of proper care, which may have impacted her development.
Despite all of that, Dublin hasn't let anything slow her down. She's a happy, loving, playful pup who continues to grow stronger every day. She'll thrive with a family who can support her through her future surgeries and recovery-and in return, she'll give you endless love, loyalty, and snuggles.
