Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Omaha, Nebraska

Meet Maurice, born 3/06/26, a tiny snuggle bug with a gentle soul and the sweetest little personality. While some puppies burst into every room like a marching band, Maurice is more of a soft soundtrack — calm, cuddly, and happiest when he's curled up close to his people soaking in all the love he can get.



He recently entered rescue and is just beginning to learn all the important puppy basics like potty training, crate training, leash walking, and good manners. The good news? Maurice already seems determined to be somebody's very good boy. He's thoughtful, well-mannered for such a young puppy, and has the kind of easygoing nature that makes everyone around him instantly relax.



Of course, he still has plenty of playful puppy moments and curious little adventures ahead of him, but Maurice seems to understand early on that life is best enjoyed with soft blankets, kind humans, and a cozy place to nap after a busy day of being adorable.



This sweet boy is looking for a family ready to help him grow, learn, and blossom into the wonderful companion he's clearly meant to be. Until then, Maurice will be practicing his cuddle skills — which, honestly, are already pretty advanced.



The suggested adoption fee for Maurice is $465. Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. All available dogs are adopted based on their needs to provide the best fit home.
