Sometimes, life changes in ways our dogs could never understand. This sweet girl lost her beloved owner, and through no fault of her own, she now finds herself looking for a new place to call home. She was loved, cared for, and had a person of her own. She deserves to have that again. She deserves a human to love, a soft place to land, and a family who will let her live out her best life surrounded by love.

And trust us, she has SO much love left to give!

She is housebroken, doesn't need a crate, and is perfectly happy sleeping in her own cozy bed or snuggling up on the couch. She can be left home alone without being crated, and she'll happily settle in while you're away. Now, she may bark a little when she wants your attention... but really, who doesn't speak up when they need a little love?

She gets along with other dogs but isn't necessarily looking for a new best friend in them. She's perfectly content doing her own thing, though she's even been to dog parks! Her favorite activities? Playing fetch with her beloved tennis ball, going for nice walks, or simply hanging out in the backyard, soaking up the sunshine with her ball nearby. Honestly, that sounds like a pretty wonderful life!

She's also great with kids and is more than happy to hand out plenty of kisses to anyone willing to accept them. She is sweet, loving, and ready to make someone feel like the most special person in the world.

The hardest part is knowing she once had her person, and now she's waiting for someone to choose her again.

She didn't do anything wrong. She didn't stop being a good dog. She simply lost the person she loved, and now she needs someone to open their heart and home to her.
