Buddy (officially named Noche) is a super loving, playful, and joyful young dog. He is approximately 1 year old. He forms strong bonds with his people and has the kind of personality that makes everyone fall in love with him immediately.
He wants to play with every human and dog he meets, maybe too much 😂

He’s curious, affectionate, and full of happy energy. Buddy loves being outside, running around, playing, and then coming back for attention and belly rubs. He’s also the kind of dog who will greet you excitedly at the door every time you come home.

He has a good balance of playful energy and couch chilling. Great dog for anyone looking for their lifelong companion!

❤️‍🩹 RESCUE STORY
Noche (which means night in Spanish) was found wandering alone on the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year. With his shiny black fur, the name felt fitting.

When our friend Sahand first found him, he started calling him Buddy, because that’s exactly what he felt like — a loyal companion right away. The name stuck, and he happily responds to both Buddy and Noche.

Buddy would especially thrive in a home that enjoys the outdoors — hiking trails, camping, long walks, and a yard to run in. He would be an amazing adventure partner and loyal best friend.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments.
