DESCRIPTION
Meet Bucky, a 6-year-old mixed breed weighing 20 pounds. This happy, adaptable little guy is the definition of a sweetheart. With his laid-back personality and easygoing nature, Bucky has settled comfortably into foster care and seems ready to fit right into just about any loving home.
Bucky is house and crate trained and sleeps soundly on his dog bed at night. He enjoys spending time in the yard, playing with other dogs, going for car rides, and, of course, soaking up cuddles from his favorite people. He also did wonderfully with children at a recent adoption event.
His foster mom describes him as a real sweetheart who gets along great with her two Chihuahuas. While treats don't seem to impress him much, he more than makes up for it with his affectionate personality and chill attitude.
Friendly, happy, and easy to love, Bucky is the kind of dog who is content just being part of the family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys life's simple pleasures, Bucky may be your perfect match.
His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
