This dapper lady is Rosie!

Rosie can be a little shy in a submissive way. She just needs to know you aren't going to hurt her and then she warms up. When we first got Rosie, she went to foster and got out of the fosters yard. After taking herself on a little walk, she walked right up to a staff member. We still do not know too much about Rosie's past but she appears to be great with other dogs and overall is a pretty even tempered lady.
