There comes a point in life when you've earned the right to know exactly what makes you happy. Felice has reached that point.

Her current dilemma? Deciding whether to spend the afternoon enjoying a breezy stroll or stretching out in the glorious comfort of air conditioning. It's a difficult life, but somehow she manages.

Felice is the definition of an easy companion. She doesn't need to be the centre of attention or the star of every adventure. She's happiest simply being her foster mom's faithful sidekick, content to tag along wherever the day leads before settling in nearby for a well-earned nap.

One of the sweetest surprises has been watching Felice with the resident cat. We recently caught the cat happily grooming Felice, and she accepted every bit of the attention as though it was the most natural thing in the world. It's hard to imagine a better endorsement of her gentle, peaceful nature than being welcomed into the cat's inner circle.

As a mature lady, Felice appreciates the finer things: a comfortable bed, predictable routines, leisurely walks, and people who understand that life doesn't have to move at top speed to be wonderful.

If you're looking for a hiking partner who wants to conquer mountains, Felice will politely decline. But if you're hoping for a loyal companion who will quietly make every day feel a little calmer, a little funnier, and a lot more loving, she may be exactly who you've been waiting for.
