Meet Poppy of Rosie's Flower litter! Mom and pups arrived in CT on 7/11 and will be available for adoption at 8 weeks old! They are approximately 6 weeks old when arriving in CT (DOB 5/28/26). We expect them to be a medium breed mix when grown. We are accepting applications for Poppy now!

These puppies are typical happy, playful puppies that would love to play and snuggle with you! Rosie was brought into the rescue as a pregnant stray in TN. Rosie (~35 lbs) will be spayed before adoption.

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save.
