Hi, I'm Big Bertha! I arrived at the shelter as a stray, and since no one came looking for me, I am now searching for my true forever home. I was pretty scared when I first arrived and didn't quite understand that the folks here just wanted to be my friends, but it didn't take me long to find my groove. While some new things still make me "pause" and listen, I am getting braver every day in this big new world! I absolutely adore people and truly believe that a good belly rub is life's greatest pleasure. At a "sturdy" 80 pounds and 5 years young, I am the perfect age-I'm housebroken, incredibly docile, smart, and will do just about anything for a tasty treat! If you have the patience and time to help me settle into a new routine, I promise to be the best companion ever and fill your days with long walks and big smiles! Apply to meet me today!

Adoption fee is $225.

We do not have open hours for public viewing of our adoptable animals. We are by appointment only.

All animals are vet examined, spayed/neutered, blood tested and microchipped. If old enough, they receive routine vaccinations.
