Pompo - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Los Angeles, California

Pompo was found wandering the streets of Mexico alone with a huge gash on his head. A kind woman took him into her shop and called us.

We brought him over the border, stitched up his wounds, and then he tested positive for distemper. But Pompo was a fighter and wasn't ready to give up. Now he's happy and healthy and ready to be loved.

Despite what he's been through, Pompo loves people and rolls over for belly scratches. He does prefer to be the only dog in the home, so he can soak in all the attention he never got.

We think he's around 2 years old. Give this stunning handsome guy a home of his own!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
