Celeste - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

This darling mixed breed girl recently arrived from an overcrowded shelter where she was running out of time. Unloved, unwanted no more...now she's a Dogwood dog. She loves falling asleep in a warm, soft bed in her Dogwood foster home.

Celeste is probably a year or two old and a lean, leggy, 15-20 pounds. She's a sweet girl who longs to connect with people and we can't wait to get to know her better. Check our social media posts for updates on Celeste. She will be available to go home after spay and vetting. If you're interested in giving Celeste a loving forever home, you may apply now.

Making a difference, one animal at a time.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
