DESCRIPTION
Meet Alexa. I am an intelligent, sensitive girl looking for a quiet home and a favorite person! She would make an excellent work from home coworker, happily spending the day napping or chewing on a bone while you work. When it’s time for a break, Alexa enjoys walks, squeaky toys, nose work, and food puzzles. Alexa has great house manners, learns routines quickly, and can relax independently outside of a crate for short periods. Crates aren’t her favorite yet, so she’ll need a patient adopter willing to introduce one gradually and positively. New people, unfamiliar objects, and loud noises may make her nervous initially, but her curiosity usually wins, and she recovers quickly once she has time to investigate.
Alexa will thrive with someone who is home often and can let her experience the world at her own pace. She needs a calm home without young children, small dogs, or cats ideally with a private, securely fenced yard or in a quieter setting. A calm, confident dog around her size may be a good companion following a proper introduction.
Give Alexa a quieter world and a little patience, and she’ll show you how sweet and special she truly is.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
