Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Lansing, Michigan

Jessie is very large loveable girl who thrives on positive reinforcement. She is just one big puppy full of joyful spirit. She will require lots of toys options as she loves them all! She will need a larger home with open space or a big fenced yard as she does have the occasional zoomies and can really get going with no care for her big size.

Jessie really picks a favorite person and will look to them constantly for guidance and reassurance.. She does not seem comfortable with men and really gravitates towards her foster mom. She does have men in her foster home, and is not aggressive she just ignores them and won't play with them.

Jessie would absolutely thrive with another dog who loves to run and play with her, and does well giving dogs space if they don't want to play. She would do best in a home without small children as she can be a bit of a bulldozer and would knock lil ones over. She does live in a home with cats and does great, but if they run she thinks they are playing and does chase.

We would suggest crating Jessie when not supervised as she has been known to steal food from the counter or trash and may occasionally pick up things she shouldn't have.
