Alani (26-106 D) - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Lansing, Michigan

Meet Alani!

This sweet girl is estimated at 5 years old and is calm, gentle, and loves to roll on her back for belly rubs. She walks very gently on the leash. She is potty trained, but doesn't like being crated and has shown some signs of separation anxiety when left alone in the past. Alani will need a secure crate and more practice with positive reinforcement in the crate.


Alani has high prey drive and would not be recommended with cats or other small animals. While she is ok with most dogs, she does not like high energy dogs jumping all over her or in her face.


Alani is currently being treated for heartworm disease but is available for local (to Lansing) adopters or fosters. She would make a great low key companion for someone who likes to snuggle and doesn't mind working on crate training!
