Cocoa - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Kenai, Alaska

Meet Cocoa!
Cocoa came to us recently from The Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta and our friends at Bethel Friends of Canines.
Cocoa may be tiny and sweet, but don't let her size fool you—this little girl can definitely hold her own!
She's a loyal little shadow who follows her foster mama every step of the way, and her absolute favorite place to be is curled up on your lap.
Cocoa does great with dogs of all shapes and sizes and isn't afraid to jump right in and play with pups much bigger than she is! She's unfazed by the cat and does great with kids, too.
She's making wonderful progress with both potty-training and kennel-training, and she already does excellent on a leash!
Tiny but mighty
Sweet, affectionate & cuddly
Cocoa is ready to find her forever lap—and the family attached to it!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

Our mission is to provide a safe environment for stray, surrendered, lost, abused, neglected or abandoned animals through a network...
