Meet Nigel! He's charming, resilient, and just a little bit fabulous!

Named after the effortlessly iconic Nigel from The Devil Wears Prada, this 1 year old, 33 pound mixed breed may not run Runway, but he does serve quiet charm, soft eyes, and undeniable main character energy.

Nigel found himself at Queens ACC when his owner could no longer care for him, and frankly, shelter life? Not his scene. It was loud, stressful, and our sensitive boy was simply not thriving. But now that he's out? We're seeing the real Nigel emerge and darling, he's worth the wait.

Currently living with three foster dog siblings and a cat (yes, he's that versatile), Nigel is learning all the basics of home life. Think of him as an intern in "Being a Dog 101," observing, learning, and slowly gaining confidence every day. He's sweet, gentle, and happiest when he has a furry or human friend nearby to show him the ropes.

Nigel is looking for a patient, loving home that understands that the best transformations take time. Give him a little guidance, a little kindness, and maybe a cozy spot on the couch, and he'll reward you with loyalty, love, and just the right amount of quiet companionship.
