DESCRIPTION
Denver is an adult male terrier mix with a charming personality and an adorable underbite that will instantly win you over! This handsome guy is a bit more outgoing and confident, and he enjoys interacting with people and soaking up attention. One of Denver’s favorite things in the world? Stuffies! He absolutely LOVES his stuffed toys and can often be found happily carrying them around or settling in for some quality cuddle time with his favorites. While he may still need a little time to adjust to a new environment, Denver’s friendly nature makes him a great candidate for a home ready to continue building his confidence and helping him thrive. He could do well with older, respectful children who understand how to give him space when needed. Denver has shown positive interest in cats so far, but we are still learning how he feels about other dogs. As always, proper introductions will be important to set him up for success. Like his buddy Austin, Denver will need regular grooming to keep his coat in good shape. When he arrived, his fur was heavily matted and had to be shaved down, so his future family should be prepared to maintain his coat and keep him comfortable.
With his cute looks, sweet personality, and lovable underbite, Denver is sure to make a wonderful companion in the right home. If you’re looking for a dog with both charm and character—and a soft spot for stuffies—Denver might just be your perfect match! Come meet him at Dessin! Any day from 12-3, no appointment needed.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
