Gibby - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Griswold, Connecticut

Neutered Male, approx 7 months, 35lbs

Dog & Cat Friendly

Gibby is new to WOFAR & has been a very good boy.

Gibby is curious and wants to help you around the house. He loves fetch and playing with his humans, but doesn’t return the toy just yet.

He’s been wonderful with house, crate, and leash training. He will communicate when he needs to go outside.

Proper introductions are required with resident dogs to set everyone up for success. He is fostered with cats and has no interest in them.

Gibby is looking for an active home!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
