Meet Percy. 98 pounds of sweetness, strength, and a little bit of everything!

Percy recently had a DNA test done, and the results confirmed what we already suspected: this big boy is quite the mix! Whatever breeds went into making Percy, they came together to create one very special dog. Percy is an incredibly sweet boy who has plenty of love to give. At 98 pounds, though, he is a big, strong dog who doesn't always realize just how powerful he is! Because of his size and strength, Percy is looking for a confident, strong handler with previous large-dog experience who can give him the guidance and structure he needs.

Percy cannot live with small animals. He has lived with another dog in the past and was reported to have done well, and he has also previously lived with children; which, he did well with. As always, introductions and individual circumstances will be considered when finding his new family.

For Percy, it isn't about who gets their application in first, his adoption will be based on the best fit for him. We want to make sure this big, lovable guy finds a home where he and his new family can thrive together.
