Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Georgetown, Texas

Marvin is a wonderful companion with so much to offer. He walks beautifully on a leash and truly enjoys getting out for his daily strolls. In the yard, he's happy to explore on his own, showing off his independent side, but he absolutely loves his people-especially those he knows and trusts. He's been around children as young as 3 and has done very well with them.

One of Marvin's favorite pastimes is sitting by the window, quietly watching the world go by like a little neighborhood observer. He's not just charming-he's also very well-mannered and smart. Marvin knows several commands including "go poopoo," "sit," "wait," "go lay down," and "get back." He'll even head right into his kennel when you point to it! And if he starts barking, a simple "thank you" is all it takes for him to settle down.

If you're looking for a loyal, easygoing dog with great manners and a sweet personality, Marvin could be the perfect fit.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
