Wayseeker is a gentle, loving little mixed breed girl with a soft soul and an even softer spot for her people. While she can be nervous when meeting new adults, especially men, she warms up beautifully with calm, quiet reassurance. Once you've earned her trust, she becomes your loyal little shadow - checking in on you constantly, curling up nearby, and happily soaking up affection.

This special girl absolutely adores children and seems to feel especially safe around them. She's incredibly gentle, playful, and fun with kids, and once she feels comfortable, her adorable speedy zoomies come out along with her playful side and love of toys.

Wayseeker does very well with other dogs and truly benefits from having a calm, confident canine friend around to help her feel secure and model behavior. She currently sleeps happily in her foster's room with another dog nearby and prefers being close to her people whenever possible. She does use a crate when left alone, though she can be anxious at first and may whine or bark before eventually settling down. She is not yet housebroken and will need continued patience and training as she adjusts to her new home.

Because Wayseeker is fearful of loud noises and can panic or try to flee when startled, a securely fenced yard is an absolute must. Walks can still feel overwhelming for her, especially around barking dogs or unfamiliar people, so she'll need a family committed to helping her slowly build confidence at her own pace.

The ideal home for Wayseeker is calm, patient, and understanding - one that celebrates the little victories and gives her the time she needs to feel safe.
