If you're looking for a dog who can happily join you on adventures and then settle down beside you while you relax or work, Madi may be your girl! This sweet adult pup has been an absolute delight in her foster home.

Madi is lap-loving, social, curious, active, playful, and incredibly friendly. She has a moderate, playful energy level and loves having opportunities to play with her toys. But one of the things her foster loves most about her is her ability to settle down and simply enjoy being close to her humans. Her foster works from home, and Madi is perfectly content hanging out right beside her throughout the day.

HOUSE TRAINING
Madi is doing wonderfully with her potty habits. She keeps her crate clean, and when she is given regular opportunities to go outside, she does not have accidents in the house. She has also been sleeping loose in a bedroom at night without any accidents.

BEDTIME & CRATE
Madi sleeps in a bedroom at night and sleeps peacefully through the entire night. She is not routinely crated during the day because her foster works from home. She has only needed to be crated a few times and kept her crate clean each time.

KIDS: Very Well

Madi is currently being fostered with two cats and another dog, and she has been respectful of everyone with proper introductions. She definitely enjoys playing and may invite her furry friends to join in, but she also listens well. If she's told to leave another animal alone, she can be redirected and will walk away. Her foster especially notes how respectful she has been with the cats.

A SOCIAL GIRL ON THE GO
Madi has already attended multiple baseball and softball games and has done extremely well! She enjoys being included and has shown that she can handle outings and busy environments nicely.

Like many dogs, Madi can occasionally be a little unsure when she encounters new or particularly loud noises. A little reassurance goes a long way, though, and her foster says she is quickly gaining confidence.

SMART & EAGER TO LEARN
Madi is easily redirected and is already showing what a smart girl she is. She has learned to sit patiently while waiting for a treat, and she continues to make great progress in her foster home.

HER IDEAL HOME
Madi would love a family that can give her plenty of opportunities to play and enjoy her toys while also letting her be part of everyday family life. She absolutely loves being close to her people. Whether she's heading out to a ball game, playing with her toys, or spending the day relaxing beside you while you work, Madi just wants to be included.
