Hi, I'm Cadbury! Here's what my foster home has learned about me so far:

-Crates great - no accidents, no complaints

-Future BFF - Wants to be friends with everyone and everything!

-Cat-friendly - a bit curious at first, but minds her own business & doesn't chase

-Car-rider Superstar - Perfect companion for a ride

-Handles like a Champ - Stellar with bath time, touching feet, cleaning ears, and getting vet work done.

-Knows basic commands like sit and shake

-Leash - Pulls a bit on the leash, but she's just excited!

-Toys - Hasn't played with toys much yet, but LOVES a good bone

-Food motivated but doesn't counter surf!

This sweet girl would love a family who is willing to give her ALL the loves. She loves spending time cuddling up next to her humans and exploring the world one walk at a time.

Expect a response within about a week; please check your spam folder. As we're 100% volunteer-run, your patience is appreciated!

Requirements And Donations
- Required Adoption Day Items: A martingale collar and a non-retractable leash (available for purchase at ODHS).
- Adoption Donations: Puppies (under 1 year): $375; Adults: $275; Seniors (age-dependent): $175; Select dogs: $500. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Adoption Radius: Within 350 miles of Fredericksburg, VA. A $50 out-of-state fee applies.
- Breed Identification: Dogs are listed as "Mixed Breed" unless formal documentation is available.

- Visit our adoption center at 3602 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 during adoption hours: Wednesday 5-7 PM; Friday 6-8 PM; Saturday 11 AM-3 PM; Sunday 11 AM-1 PM.
