Baby is an absolute lover who is looking for one very important thing: his person. He wants all the cuddles, scratches, kisses, and attention youre willing to give—and hell happily return the love tenfold.
He can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but once he realizes hes safe, his affectionate personality comes shining through. He would love having a canine playmate and enjoys relaxing outside in the yard with his foster sibling, although he may try to steal all the human cuddles for himself!
Baby is still a curious young pup at heart. He loves chewing on bones, chasing butterflies, investigating the occasional trash can, and recently discovered the garden after learning that strawberries can apparently be picked straight from the plant. Now hes pretty sure the tomatoes should be fair game too.
Hes also proving to be a very smart boy. Baby has had no potty accidents in his foster home, has learned to sit for his meals, and is eager to learn with someone willing to spend a little time teaching him. He hasn't needed to be kenneled in his foster home and has done well being left loose with the resident Lab when the house is puppy-proofed.
See that harness come out? Baby knows it means car ride! He loves going for rides and has had no issues with car sickness. Hes even learning how to swim. Hes still gaining confidence in the water, but with some reassurance—and maybe his new life jacket—hes giving it a try.
Baby may bark at unfamiliar people or other dogs, but his foster says it isn't excessive. He may also do well with respectful children who understand how to be gentle with him. His experience with cats is unknown.
Baby's ideal home? Someone looking for a constant, loyal companion and perfectly sized sidekick. Whether you're heading out on an adventure, hanging in the backyard, or settling onto the couch, Baby would just love to be there with you.
