This spirited little pup packed his bags in Texas and made his way to Northern Virginia with his brother Alphonse—two young travelers ready to see the world. Along the journey, Edward discovered that he absolutely loves sniffing fresh air, investigating new sights, and announcing important things (like the arrival of a squirrel) with great enthusiasm. Edward is the kind of dog who takes a minute to get to know you. He might stand back with a thoughtful look as if he’s deciding whether you’re the kind of human who appreciates his charm. But once he decides you’re "his person," he warms up beautifully and even asks for more pets. A calm, steady environment—with some fun training sprinkled in—will help him build confidence and settle into his best self.
