Rosie - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Eutawville, South Carolina

Rosie is about 10–11 weeks old and weighs around 12 pounds. This little girl is one tough cookie. She fought her way through Parvo, and even when she was incredibly sick, she continued to wag her tail. No matter how bad she felt, that little tail kept going.

The last two weeks have been challenging because quarantine means we haven’t been able to do much training or socializing with her. She has spent most of her time in her quarantine pen, and as her foster mom, it has been really hard watching such a happy, playful puppy have to be so restricted.

I’ve tried to make sure she still gets some safe puppy time. At least once a day, I take her to an area in the woods where no other dogs go, and she gets to run and play with a vaccinated dog. And let me tell you...she LOVES it!

Rosie is so happy, loving, and snuggly. She has the sweetest personality, and we’ve also started working on crate training.

Adoption fee: $500 (includes vaccines to date, microchip, and spay)

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
