DESCRIPTION
Missy Moo, Female, 8 years old, 42 pounds
Missy Moo is the absolute sweetest soul. At 8 years old, she’s just looking for a place to snuggle and be loved. Missy Moo lived with other dogs previously and seems fine with cats. She’s the most gentle, loving dog!
Missy’s new adopter will be able to set up a dental appointment with the medical team at FAPL, at no additional cost to the adopter.
No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.
If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
